I am also a specialist in running ‘development journeys’ for business leaders, undertaken in countries such as Spain and India. I do this with Lead International, a global, not-for-profit organisation that trains leaders in sustainable development.
I am also an experienced international trainer, delivering programmes in countries such as Australia, Russia, Pakistan, Canada, Vietnam, China and Oman. When in the UK, I get invited to speak to women’s groups on the topic of Women’s Leadership.

I have a BA and an MA in Philosophy, a certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling and I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach with my training coming from The Newfield Network and The Teleos Leadership Institute. I abide by the ICF Code Of Ethics.
Relevant to organisational development / leadership development I am a certified practitioner of the Barratt Values Assessment and have completed training in Organisational Constellations, a systemic diagnostic and intervention tool.
