LEE CHALMERS - LIFE COACH
Coaching is my calling. I have been a coach, first as a manager and then independently, for 13 years. My professional skill has been built up through over a thousand hours of one-on-one coaching, facilitating workshops in the UK and abroad, and ten years management experience in the retail sector.
I have a BA and MA in Philosophy and a Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy. My professional Coach training comes through Coaching Academy, The Newfield Network and several other well know personal development companies. I coach on The Big Stretch and The Clore Leadership Programme.
I also work abroad with senior international leaders helping them gain ‘Authentic Leadership skills’ as I believe, through real, authentic leadership, business can save the world.
The Guardian called me "one of Britain's foremost personal development coaches and possessor of more charisma per inch than any woman in northern Europe". I have a profound interest in the relationship between consciousness, quantum physics and Eastern philosophy and my secret desire is to coach onboard a flight to space. Recently I have completed a film about the future for women, and can be found in groups around London discussing the evolution of consciousness. I am committed to bringing about a better life for all of us.
I am a member of the International Coach

More recently I have founded The Downing Street Project whose aim is to empower and enable women to hold leadership positions in all types of organisations in the UK, up to and including Prime Minister at 10 Downing Street.
